Documents
Every document held against a project, searchable across projects by material, industry segment, customer, project type and document type — so prior work such as time studies and CAM simulations can be found and reused. The list opens on internal only, which is what a new upload is. Change who can see a document on its own project, where the change is recorded against your name.
You can see that every document exists, on every project you are allowed to know about. Opening one is a separate permission: where you do not hold it, the row names the project lead to contact. Sharing is changed on the document’s own project, never in bulk from this list.
SharePoint mirrors this list — a user opening the document library sees only documents on projects they can access.
